This horizontal 10.5"x8" collage includes images of palm trees in the top left corner, plus several green, yellow, and lavender images, including flower petals, pieces of leaves, a picture of green tsinelas, an image of a tricycle / motorcycle, and illustrated shapes layered over lavender paper. Stretched out pieces of a white “THANK YOU” plastic bag with red text design including parts that say “Have A Nice Day” and “PLEASE RETURN” are also included with the lavender background visible beneath it. Cardboard triangles are also scattered across the design. Overall, several themes of diaspora and conflicting feelings of “home” from artist Allison Masangkay are invoked. Printed on 65lb cardstock paper.
